By creating a Bet Notebook account or using betnotebook.com, you agree to these terms. Please read them — the short version is: this is a record-keeping tool, not a betting site, we'll bill you fairly for what you sign up for, and you can leave any time and take your data with you.
Bet Notebook is a personal record-keeping tool for tracking sports bets you place elsewhere — your stakes, odds, results, and bankroll across whichever bookmakers you use. It does not place bets, accept wagers, or move money on your behalf, and it is not a bookmaker or gambling operator. You're responsible for following the laws and terms that apply to your own betting activity wherever you actually place bets.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure (we support two-factor authentication in Settings if you want the extra protection) and for the accuracy of the data you enter. You must be old enough to lawfully use gambling-adjacent services in your jurisdiction to use this app.
The Free plan has no cost and no time limit, with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending what you choose) and are billed through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings — cancelling stops future renewals, but you keep access to your paid plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for. Your data isn't deleted if you downgrade or let a subscription lapse.
Refunds: charges are generally final once a billing period starts, since access is granted immediately. If you were charged in error, or something about a charge seems wrong, email support@betnotebook.com — we'll look at it and refund where it's reasonable to.
The bets, bankroll history, and screenshots you enter are yours. You can export a full copy at any time from Settings, and delete your account (and everything in it) whenever you like — see the Privacy Policy for what that actually removes.
Don't try to break, scrape, or overload the service, resell access to your account, or use it for anything unlawful. We can suspend or close an account that does.
Bet Notebook helps you track and summarize numbers you've entered (including anything read automatically from a screenshot), but you're responsible for checking that your logged bets, odds, and results are correct — especially before relying on any total, profit figure, or export for something that matters.
We aim to keep the site reliably available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update or change features over time as the product improves.
If these terms change in a way that meaningfully affects you, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
